EU-VALUE

The project Jean Monnet Module “European Values and Cultural Identities: Constitutional Challenges of the Promotion of the ‘European Way of Life’” (EU-VALUE) aims at studying the constitutional issues connected to the protection and promotion of European values (defined as the fundamental principles of the European common constitutional tradition), with particular regard to their interaction with legal instruments designed to protect specific (individual, group, national) cultural identities.
