{"id":915,"date":"2025-06-09T16:24:23","date_gmt":"2025-06-09T14:24:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euvalue.unimi.it\/?page_id=915"},"modified":"2025-06-09T16:26:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T14:26:48","slug":"syllabus-2024-25","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/euvalue.unimi.it\/en\/the-course\/syllabus-2024-25\/","title":{"rendered":"Syllabus 2024\/25"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course &#8220;European values and cultural rights (Jean Monnet Module)&#8221; is composed of 20 lectures of 2 hours each, for a total of 40 hours of teaching for each edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course will adopt a mixed format.<br>The first part of the course (lessons 1-10) will be held in the standard lecture format, while promoting the interaction (through specific questions) of the students.<br>The second part of the course (lessons 11-20) will be held in a participatory learning (student-centred) format (e.g.: case-studies, presentations, group works and\/or moot courts). The students (under the supervision and with the guidance of the coordinator and of the invited lecturers) will be asked to apply the knowledge and understanding gained in the first part of the course in order to address and solve actual cases of conflict between the protection\/promotion of European values and peculiar individual\/group\/national cultural identities.
